Abshan Food Industries started its activities in 1999 with the aim of producing and packaging natural and healthy products. By utilizing the valuable natural resources of the lush Taleghan region and using modern methods, this complex has made it possible to produce high-quality natural honey from the nectar of medicinal flowers such as thyme and yarrow. The Abshan factory, located at the foot of the Taleghan mountains, uses advanced equipment and under the close supervision of well-equipped laboratories to market healthy and high-quality products in accordance with international standards.

Abshan Jams: A Combination of Technology and Authentic Flavor

In 2010, Abshan Food Industries launched a natural jam production line with the aim of expanding its product range. These jams are produced using fresh, hand-picked fruits, but what sets Abshan jams apart is the advanced production process in vacuum tanks. In this method, the jam is prepared under low pressure and lower temperatures than traditional methods. The reduced pressure in the vacuum tanks lowers the boiling point of water and other substances, resulting in: Fruit nutrients, including heat-sensitive vitamins (such as vitamin C), are preserved. The natural aroma and flavor of the fruits remain intact. The texture of the fruits is well preserved and crushing or overcooking is prevented. This advanced technology, along with the use of high-quality fruits, has made Abshan jams a distinctive product. Unlike traditional jams, which often have a cooked texture and heavy flavor, Abshan jams provide a different experience for consumers with a natural flavor and texture similar to fresh fruit.
